Genesis Construction was founded by Jose and Julia Perez, a husband and wife who have called Southwest Florida home for more than thirty years. Jose has held a Florida general contractor license since 2004, and together they have spent over two decades building custom homes and remodels across Sarasota and Charlotte County.
