Who We Are
Jose Perez
Jose moved to the Tampa area as a young boy. As a teenager and young adult he worked in several construction trades. He is a graduate of Hillsborough Community College. Building is a part of who he is. His strengths are analyzing different parts and putting them together to make sure they work to perfection. He can orchestrate a jobsite and workers with ease. Jose received his State of Florida General Contractor license in 2004 and has been building beautiful structurally sound homes since then.
Jose enjoys the many benefits of living in Florida. He thoroughly enjoys a day out on the water fishing, swimming, Scuba diving & spear fishing. Most recently, he has become an avid hunter. He enjoys hunting white tail deer, turkey and wild hogs.
Julia Perez
Julia is a Tampa native and enjoys being outdoors in nature. She graduated from Hillsborough Community College and attended the University of South Florida pursuing a degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems. She enjoys cooking, traveling and relaxing on the beach.
Family and Spiritual Focus
I have come to understand that one of the richest blessings the Lord has ever given us are spiritual, and they often have to do with family, friends, and the gospel of Christ. A home is most often the place where those blessings are established and cherished. As the Lord has gone to prepare our future home for us in heaven, Genesis will continue to build earthly homes and to share the hope and faith of the gospel of Christ here on Earth. My wife Julia and I have been married for 30+ years and have two adult sons. We are members of Calvary Baptist Church in Englewood. We have the blessing of serving God thru construction and have established many relationships as a result. I anxiously look forward to meeting you and your family as we help you build your new home and family blessings.
