Jose moved to the Tampa area as a young boy. As a teenager and young adult he worked in several construction trades. He is a graduate of Hillsborough Community College. Building is a part of who he is. His strengths are analyzing different parts and putting them together to make sure they work to perfection. He can orchestrate a jobsite and workers with ease. Jose received his State of Florida General Contractor license in 2004 and has been building beautiful structurally sound homes since then.

Jose enjoys the many benefits of living in Florida. He thoroughly enjoys a day out on the water fishing, swimming, Scuba diving & spear fishing. Most recently, he has become an avid hunter. He enjoys hunting white tail deer, turkey and wild hogs.

Julia is a Tampa native and enjoys being outdoors in nature. She graduated from Hillsborough Community College and attended the University of South Florida pursuing a degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems. She enjoys cooking, traveling and relaxing on the beach.
